On May 1st we had the opportunity to work with one of our repeat business clients, Rosetta Thurman, Founder and CEO of Happy Black Woman. Over the past 9 months, we’ve planned her biggest Live Multi-Day event to date for a registered 100 women entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners in what has been described by one of the attendees as the “most well organized business training event they’ve attended…and it was fun as well!” This unique hands on training also featured an “I Love the 80s” inspired networking cocktail reception which was one of the highlights of the entire weekend.
Our journey with Rosetta started in June 2014 as we planned her inaugural 3-day live event with only 38 attendees. It was a complete success! We were able to start a journey with the Happy Black Woman movement to provide an intricately planned and streamlined event that is repeatable for many business owners looking to host their own live business event. With this method, our clients are able to focus on what they do best in terms of marketing, creating content and being their best selves, while leaving the planning and logistical details of the event to OneTouch Events.
