Lori & Craig’s Classic Wedding at The Piedmont Room

Lori and Craig’s spring wedding was held at one of our favorite Atlanta venues, The Piedmont Room which offers sweeping views of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta skyline. The decor was clean and classic, the vibe was lively and celebratory.

As the ladies prepped, they wore custom monogrammed robes. With a bridal party of seven ladies and four flower girls, there was a lot of laughter and contagious excitement!

The bridesmaids wore one-shoulder floor length blush gowns with a ruffled slit which suited each of them perfectly. And Lori looked gorgeous in her fitted floral lace applique gown with rhinestone embellishment, crystal & gold drop earrings and Badgley Mischka heels!

Craig and his crew of eight – ranging from college roommates to childhood friends- relaxed and reminisce before the I-dos. They are quite the stylish, dapper group of gentlemen!

Craig and Lori both have a tight-knit group of friends- so it was no surprise to hear that because of these special friendships, that’s how they happened to meet. They connected immediately and began their courtship.

During the long awaited ceremony, tears sprang from both Lori and Craig the second they laid eyes on each other. Their love for one another is so inspiring (and strong)!

After a joyous exchange in vows, it was time for the reception!

The decor was subtle and tasteful- centerpieces were a trio of vases with submerged florals (either hydrangea or calla lily) and floating candles.

After the blessing, guests were served a delicious meal of filet mignon, sockeye salmon and roasted chicken with asparagus and whipped potatoes (YUM!)

Then it was time for the FUN! The reception was LIT! All of the guests were on the dance floor- most of them dancing for well over 3 hours! We caught ourselves laughing out loud on more than one occasion because this group of guests was rowdy (in all the right ways).

It was wonderful working with Lori and Craig- we wish the new Mr. & Mrs. all the joy and laughter that life has to bring!
