OTE Couple: Tevie + John’s Paris Surprise Proposal + Engagement Session

Y’all. Get ready to be smitten with these two! This week’s OTE couple turned a surprise Paris proposal into an absolutely adorable engagement session.

Tevie and John met by chance at the most inconspicuous of places, The Waffle House in Atlanta! A few days later they went to get a cup of coffee. That coffee turned into dinner. About a year later…. the super romantic surprise proposal in Paris, France! All. the. feels (we LOVE France).

Tevie’s Recap: “John secretly hired a photographer to capture the actual moment. The photographer stayed with us for about an hour after the proposal to capture a few more photos.”

Tevie is a Management Consultant and John is a Senior Portfolio Manager, both residing in Atlanta, where they will also host their wedding in just a few weeks. It will be simple, romantic, classic and chic- just like them!

We love what Tevie told us about their love. She said “Although we have only known each other for a year and half, our love seems so natural. It’s not forced. It’s simple, yet complex. We are kind to each other, we pray together, and appreciate each other. We are also best friends. You’re always having fun when you’re with your best friend.”

We are SO looking forward to celebrating with Tevie & John. Fun Fact: Tevie was a Bridesmaid in one of our past OneTouch Events Bride’s weddings a few years ago. This is the ultimate compliment, and we’ve welcomed Tevie & John to the family with open arms!!
