Dr. Erica Jordan-Thomas engaged OneTouch Events to design a three-day event where she would equip educators with the tools they need to turn their expertise into a seven-figure education consulting business.
Dr. Erica-Jordan Thomas is the Founder & CEO of EJT Consulting. She received her doctorate degree in Education Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is passionate about school leadership, equity, and supporting educators in discovering their profitable purpose through launching a consulting business.
Partnering for the 3rd year in a row, Erica envisioned a one-of-a-kind, captivating experience for her flag-ship 3-day conference. The result was Seven Figure Educator LIVE, the only high-end experience of its kind.

The audience consisted of 150+ educators, so harnessing the power of words was a key element of the design process. From the moment guests entered the space, until they reached the stage, they were surrounded by affirmations to set the intention of the power-packed weekend. By using upscale touches and luxe details to reinforce the message of the conference: “If anyone deserves to be a millionaire, it’s an educator.”
Our team leveraged our expertise to transform spaces into immersive environments, managing logistics, overseeing vendor coordination, and providing on-site support so that Dr. Erica felt like a guest at her own event. This allowed the EJT Consulting team to concentrate on client interactions and marketing efforts without the burden of intricate event details.
