OTE Couple :: Tekeria + Brian’s Engagement Session

It’s time for another One Touch Event’s couple spotlight! This week we’re sharing Tekeria + Brian. This fun-loving, super sweet couple has been a joy to work with! They’ve trusted us from start to finish to help them plan their dream wedding. And we have a hint- it.was.gorgeous!

Before we introduce you to their wedding, get to know a little more about what got them there!

Proposal Story (from Tekeria):

“We met at work!  It was strange because I think there was an attraction from day 1 when we saw each other, but we never spoke for over one year.  My best friend, who also worked with us, took it upon herself to go talk to Brian and give him my number.  I was mortified!  I’m really reserved, so I was adamant that I was not going to approach him.  She knew that I /we were attracted to each other, so she gave him my number and he called.  From the first phone call, and then the first date, I knew I was going to marry him.  Brian proposed while we were on our way to a 4th of July cookout.  He knows me and knows I don’t like a lot of attention, so he did it perfectly – very intimate and oh so emotional!!!”

We can’t wait to share their fabulous Piedmont Room wedding with you! Side note: The couple often frequents Piedmont Park for dates, spending hours just walking around. So they thought it was fitting to exchange vows there. We love the sentiment!  Check back in December for details and photos of their lavish affair!
